Hello Darling

Well, Hello Darling. If you haven’t already noticed this beautiful fabric collection from Moda, go take a gander. It’s pretty, cheerful, and incredibly adaptive. I love the bright happy colors, vibrant prints, and bold florals. Add in the all around vintage look to it, and my heart swoons.

I had snagged a jelly roll of this beauty back in June, and was waiting to find just the right project for it. Once we got back from our trip at the end of August, I was able to get my hands on another, plus a layer cake and a bit of yardage. Finally felt safe enough to start cutting.

I decided on the Floral Bouquet pattern from the book “Jelly Roll Quilts” by Pam & Nicky Lintott.

  
    Because no straight line was ever cut with wine, hubby brought this home for me. I’m the youngest sister, not the middle sister, but our middle daughter is nicknamed “Rollercoaster”. 🙂
